Why Volunteer

MLI's programmes run because of people who choose to give their expertise, not just their money. Our volunteer community includes facilitators who lead sessions across three countries, legal professionals who advise on governance, curriculum designers who shape what thousands of young people learn, and communications professionals who help us tell this story to the world.

Volunteering with MLI is structured, not informal. We work with you to identify where your skills fit best, define a clear scope, and build a relationship that is useful to the programme and meaningful for you.
